Responsibilities
- Strategic Sourcing: Utilize advanced sourcing techniques and job boards to identify passive and active candidates for a diverse range of positions.
- Comprehensive Screening: Conduct detailed phone and video interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Client Collaboration: Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and build strong, long-term relationships.
- Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure seamless workflows.
- Onboarding Support: Assist in the coordination of the interview process, including scheduling and travel arrangements.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in recruitment, staffing, or human resources is highly preferred; candidates with a strong sales background are also encouraged to apply.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade candidates and clients alike.
- Organization: Superior organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.
- Availability: Must be available to work a minimum of 20-30 hours per week, including occasional evenings or weekends.
