Responsibilities
- Source & Screen: Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and various job boards to identify, engage, and screen qualified candidates for open positions.
- Client Management: Develop strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their technical needs and culture, ensuring a perfect fit.
- Interview Process: Conduct thorough phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural alignment.
- Placement: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including offer negotiation, onboarding, and post-placement follow-up to ensure retention.
- Sales Growth: Proactively develop new business accounts and expand our footprint within the Kansas City market.
- Market Analysis: Stay current on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and talent pools to provide strategic advice to clients.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or sales (entry-level candidates with strong drive are encouraged to apply).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional and persuasive tone.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter is highly preferred.
- Self-Motivation: A proven track record of meeting sales targets and a hunger for professional growth.
- Organization: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple pipelines and deadlines effectively.
- Location: Must reside in or willing to commute to Kansas City, Missouri.
