Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates using various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding and placement.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and candidates to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Consult with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop effective recruiting strategies.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to maintain accurate candidate data and track pipeline progress.
- Conduct market research to stay informed on industry trends and salary benchmarks.
- Ensure strict adherence to all company policies, labor laws, and compliance standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, sales, or customer service is highly desirable.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ATS platforms (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse, Workday).
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for client visits.
