Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview candidates to identify top talent for immediate job openings across various industries.
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, including posting job ads, reviewing resumes, and coordinating interview schedules.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline using various sourcing strategies and social media platforms.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide market insights.
- Conduct background checks and process employment verifications for placed candidates.
- Track metrics and provide weekly reports on recruitment activities and pipeline health.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, or human resources (1-3 years preferred).
- Strong knowledge of the Raleigh, NC job market and local industries.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for on-site client visits.
