Responsibilities
- Execute the full lifecycle of recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and presenting candidates to clients.
- Utilize various sourcing strategies (LinkedIn, job boards, networking) to build a robust pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with hiring managers and clients to understand their specific needs.
- Manage candidate communications effectively, ensuring a world-class candidate experience.
- Conduct market research to identify staffing trends and salary benchmarks.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and expand our client base.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, recruiting, or customer service is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Proven ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM software (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Bullhorn).
- A valid driver's license and willingness to travel to client sites within the Minneapolis metro area.
- A positive attitude and a relentless drive to achieve and exceed monthly goals.
