Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for urgent client positions across multiple industries
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process from job requisition to placement
- Build and maintain robust candidate pipelines using Boolean searches and networking
- Conduct client-facing consultations to understand hiring requirements
- Leverage our proprietary ATS for candidate tracking and reporting
- Collaborate with sales team to identify new business opportunities
- Implement innovative sourcing strategies including social media recruitment
Qualifications
- 3+ years of agency or corporate recruitment experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding placement targets
- Expertise in sourcing passive candidates via LinkedIn and niche job boards
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with candidates and clients
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Workday, or Bullhorn preferred)
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, commission-driven environment
- BA/BS in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Valid CA driver's license for client meetings
