Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruiting for technical roles, from sourcing to offer negotiation.
- Utilize advanced sourcing strategies (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search) to identify passive candidates.
- Manage a high volume of requisitions and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Conduct thorough phone screens and technical interviews to assess candidate fit.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define role requirements and success metrics.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients to ensure repeat business.
- Stay current on industry trends to advise candidates and clients effectively.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in technical recruiting or staffing.
- Proven track record of placing candidates in Software Engineering, IT, or similar fields.
- Expert proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Lever or Greenhouse.
- Strong networking skills and ability to source candidates aggressively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field preferred.
