Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and qualify candidates for diverse client roles across tech, healthcare, and manufacturing sectors
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
- Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to match candidates with cultural fit
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to placement
- Utilize ATS systems and social platforms to expand talent pipelines
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill positions
- Analyze market trends to provide competitive insights to clients
- Maintain compliance with EEO and labor regulations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of technical/staffing recruitment experience with proven track record
- Expertise in sourcing passive candidates through LinkedIn, GitHub, and niche job boards
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever)
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Strong analytical abilities to interpret hiring metrics
- Ability to manage high-volume recruitment cycles under tight deadlines
- Professional certification (CPSR, CSP) preferred
