Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates in temporary, contract, and permanent roles across diverse industries
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to understand staffing needs and deliver tailored solutions
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job boards, and professional networks
- Conduct candidate interviews, skill assessments, and reference checks to ensure perfect matches
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to onboarding
- Track and report key metrics including placement rates and client satisfaction
- Collaborate with marketing team to enhance employer branding and candidate attraction
Qualifications
- 3+ years of recruitment/staffing experience with proven track record of placements
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, interviewing, and closing
- Strong understanding of Indianapolis job market and local industry trends
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in ATS systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse) and recruitment technologies
- Ability to thrive in deadline-driven environment with competing priorities
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
