Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Source, screen, interview, and present qualified candidates for various positions.
- Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and clients to understand their specific workforce needs.
- Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and candidate availability in the Louisville area.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients efficiently.
- Onboarding Support: Assist new hires with the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or human resources.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Organization: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Tools: Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field is preferred.
