Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview top-tier talent for a diverse range of industries including IT, Engineering, and Healthcare.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their specific staffing needs.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from posting job descriptions to extending offers.
- Utilize social media platforms and professional networks to proactively identify passive candidates.
- Collaborate with the sales team to drive business growth and expand our client base in the DFW metroplex.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and compensation benchmarks.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruiting, staffing, or human resources.
- Proven track record of successfully placing candidates in temporary and permanent roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to exceed sales and placement targets.
- Ability to work independently and manage a high volume of requisitions.
