Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates for open positions in the Wichita area.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of talent using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
- Manage the full life-cycle of the recruitment process, from job posting to offer acceptance.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and clients to understand their needs.
- Conduct market research to identify staffing trends and competitive advantages.
- Assist in onboarding new hires to ensure a smooth transition.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in recruitment, staffing, or sales is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Business or Human Resources is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
