Responsibilities
- Recruit, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of temporary and permanent positions.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, and onboarding.
- Facilitate payroll processing and ensure accurate daily pay transactions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local clients and candidates in the Nashville area.
- Conduct market research to identify staffing trends and labor needs.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and applicants.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in staffing, recruiting, or human resources (preferred).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media sourcing tools.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (required for field assignments).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business is a plus.
