Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of incoming calls and inquiries regarding job openings.
- Screen and interview potential candidates to assess their skills and fit for open positions.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers to ensure a smooth hiring process.
- Update and maintain applicant tracking systems with accurate candidate information.
- Assist with the onboarding process, including paperwork and orientation.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills.

- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (preferred for off-site roles).
