Responsibilities
- Manage the Recruitment Lifecycle: Source, screen, interview, and place qualified candidates in temporary and contract roles.
- Daily Pay Coordination: Process payroll and manage the logistics for same-day pay options to ensure candidates receive their earnings promptly.
- Client Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with local Indianapolis businesses to understand their staffing needs and deliver exceptional talent.
- Onboarding Support: Guide new hires through the orientation process, ensuring they feel comfortable and prepared for their assignments.
- Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends in Indiana to advise clients on competitive salary benchmarks.
