What You Will Do:
As a Staffing Account Manager, you will be the face of Apex Talent Partners. Your primary focus will be on building long-term relationships with clients and candidates, ensuring a seamless recruitment process for both parties.
Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition: Proactively seek out and cultivate relationships with local businesses in Seattle to secure recruitment contracts and staffing needs.
- Talent Sourcing: Utilize cutting-edge sourcing tools and networking strategies to identify top-tier passive candidates for specialized roles.
- Consultative Sales: Conduct needs assessments with clients to understand their hiring challenges and provide tailored staffing solutions.
- Candidate Management: Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure a perfect match for client requirements.
- Market Intelligence: Maintain a deep understanding of the local Seattle job market, salary trends, and industry developments.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or account management.
- Communication: Superior verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive and professional demeanor.
- Organization: Ability to manage a high volume of candidates and clients simultaneously using CRM software.
- Drive: Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting sales and placement targets.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and occasional weekends, to accommodate client needs.
