Responsibilities
- Sourcing & Screening: Utilize various channels to source qualified candidates and screen resumes to match open job requisitions.
- Interview Coordination: Conduct initial phone screens and coordinate in-person interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust pipeline of active candidates to ensure consistent placement volume.
- Client Relationship Management: Communicate effectively with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide status updates on open roles.
- Market Analysis: Research industry trends and salary benchmarks to advise candidates on their career path.
- Onboarding Support: Assist new hires in the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition into their new roles.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is a plus.
- Communication: Superior verbal and written communication skills with a professional, friendly demeanor.
- Computer Proficiency: Familiarity with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
