Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates for various open positions in our client portfolio.
- Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and job seekers.
- Assist in the onboarding and orientation process for new hires.
- Conduct market research to identify staffing trends in the local market.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or a related field is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- A positive attitude, self-motivation, and a strong desire to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
