Responsibilities
- Source & Screen Candidates: Utilize job boards, LinkedIn, and social media to identify qualified candidates and conduct initial phone screens.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs and culture.
- Scheduling & Coordination: Efficiently coordinate interviews between candidates and clients, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Applicant Tracking: Accurately update and maintain candidate data in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Market Analysis: Research market trends to provide insights on salary benchmarks and candidate availability.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred; High school diploma with relevant experience is acceptable.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Digital Proficiency: Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with ATS software (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever) is a plus.
- Drive: High level of motivation, resilience, and a desire to succeed in a results-oriented sales-driven environment.
- Location: Must be willing to work on-site in Columbus, OH.
