Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients and candidates in the Detroit metropolitan area.
- Utilize effective recruiting methodologies to identify, screen, interview, and place qualified candidates in permanent and temporary positions.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from requisition intake and sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, salary benchmarks, and talent pools.
- Collaborate with the sales team to drive business development and expand our client base.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and candidate retention.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of proven experience in staffing, recruiting, or account management.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on professionalism and persuasion.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- A degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field is a plus.
