Responsibilities
- Execute a full-cycle recruitment strategy, from talent sourcing and screening to interviewing and placement.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the Denver business community.
- Manage a robust pipeline of active and passive candidates using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Conduct market research to identify hiring trends and skill gaps for assigned verticals.
- Collaborate with Account Executives to meet quarterly revenue and placement goals.
- Negotiate offers and ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or account management.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a polished professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse, or Salesforce).
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
