- Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with local Sacramento businesses to understand their staffing needs and deliver tailored workforce solutions.
- Candidate Screening: Conduct thorough interviews and skill assessments to identify top talent for open positions.
- Job Placement: Match qualified candidates with suitable job openings and facilitate the onboarding process.
- Recruitment Marketing: Utilize social media, job boards, and networking to actively source passive candidates.
- Payroll Management: Ensure accurate time tracking and facilitate daily pay processes for temporary workers.
- Market Analysis: Monitor local labor market trends in Sacramento to advise clients on wage rates and talent availability.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or human resources.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Target-Driven: Proven ability to meet or exceed sales and placement targets.
- CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM software is a plus.
- Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- Location: Must reside in or be willing to commute to Sacramento, CA.
