- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for local and national clients.
- Source, screen, interview, and place qualified candidates in various industries including Logistics, Healthcare, and Administrative support.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and clients to understand their staffing needs.
- Utilize social media and job boards to actively recruit top talent.
- Track placements and revenue goals to ensure agency targets are met.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and salary benchmarks.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in sales, recruiting, or customer service is a strong plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a high volume of tasks in a deadline-driven environment.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
