In this full-time role, you will be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle for our diverse portfolio of industries, including technology, engineering, and administrative support. Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition: Identify, prospect, and secure new business relationships with local and regional companies to fulfill their workforce needs.
- Talent Sourcing: Source, screen, interview, and assess qualified candidates to match the specific technical and soft-skill requirements of our clients.
- Placement Management: Manage the full lifecycle of temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct-hire placements, ensuring exceptional client and candidate satisfaction.
- Consultative Selling: Conduct needs analysis for clients to provide tailored workforce solutions and strategic staffing advice.
- Market Expansion: Develop and execute strategies to penetrate new market segments within the Ohio area.
- Relationship Building: Maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers to drive repeat business and account expansion.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline forecasts, and recruitment metrics within our CRM system.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred (equivalent experience will be considered).
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, recruitment, or account management within the staffing or human resources sector.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
- CRM Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and ATS systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Taleo).
- Self-Starter: Highly motivated, target-oriented individual with a proven track record of exceeding sales quotas.
- Location: Must be willing to work from our office in Columbus, OH.
