- Conduct thorough code reviews and provide mentorship to junior engineering staff.

- Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in web development.
- Expert proficiency in JavaScript, React, Node.js, and modern CSS frameworks.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, database management (SQL/NoSQL), and cloud services (AWS/Azure).
- Demonstrated experience in optimizing web applications for speed and search engine visibility.
