Responsibilities
- Design and deliver wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity prototypes using Figma and Adobe XD.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to drive product decisions.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure design consistency.
- Translate business requirements into technical design specifications.
- Maintain and evolve the company's design system and component library.
- Present design concepts and defend creative decisions to clients and internal teams.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design.
- A strong, up-to-date portfolio demonstrating successful project delivery.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is highly preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, contract-based environment.
