Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design processes including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Create responsive UI designs for web and mobile applications using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Develop design systems and component libraries ensuring consistency across platforms
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement pixel-perfect designs
- Conduct A/B testing and iterate designs based on user feedback and analytics
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and defend design decisions with data
- Maintain design documentation and style guides
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX/UI design experience with SaaS or enterprise software
- Portfolio demonstrating complex design systems and user-centered solutions
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of responsive design principles and accessibility standards (WCAG)
- Experience with user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, card sorting)
- Knowledge of front-end development (HTML/CSS/JavaScript) and design handoff
- Agile/Scrum workflow experience
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
