Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX/UI design for mobile and web applications using Figma
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and data-driven design iterations
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement design systems
- Create high-fidelity prototypes and interactive design documentation
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and gather actionable feedback
- Maintain and evolve our design system library for consistency
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX/UI design experience with SaaS/FinTech products
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design methodologies
- Experience with responsive design and accessibility standards (WCAG)
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into intuitive interfaces
- Excellent communication skills and cross-functional collaboration experience
