Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Create pixel-perfect UI designs using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Develop and maintain design systems to ensure brand consistency across platforms
- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement design solutions with technical feasibility
- Conduct stakeholder presentations and gather actionable feedback
- Analyze user behavior data to iterate on design solutions
- Mentor junior designers through design reviews and documentation
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UX/UI design experience with SaaS/Fintech portfolio
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of responsive design principles and accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
- Experience with user research methodologies including interviews, surveys, and A/B testing
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into user-centered designs
- Portfolio demonstrating measurable impact on user engagement metrics
- Agile/Scrum workflow experience with Jira/Confluence
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder collaboration
