Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design projects from research to final implementation
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform design decisions
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Develop design systems and maintain consistent UI/UX standards across platforms
- Present design solutions to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
- Mentor junior designers and facilitate design workshops
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure seamless implementation
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX design experience with portfolio demonstrating complex digital products
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and prototyping tools
- Strong background in user research methodologies and data-driven design
- Experience designing for enterprise-level SaaS applications
- Expertise in responsive design and accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and manage multiple projects
- Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate design rationale
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
