Responsibilities
- Lead UX/UI design for fintech web applications and mobile platforms
- Conduct user research, persona development, and journey mapping
- Create high-fidelity prototypes and design systems using Figma
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to deliver pixel-perfect solutions
- Present design rationale to executive stakeholders and clients
- Mentor junior designers and conduct design critiques
- Analyze user behavior data to drive continuous improvement
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX/UI design experience with SaaS products
- Portfolio demonstrating complex fintech or enterprise applications
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
- Experience with user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, usability testing)
- Ability to translate business requirements into intuitive designs
- Excellent presentation and stakeholder communication skills
- Contract-to-hire or direct contract experience required
