Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for technical and generalist roles across various industries.
- Sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, Boolean searches, and networking events.
- Screening, interviewing, and presenting qualified candidates to clients.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
- Managing the applicant tracking system (ATS) efficiently to ensure data accuracy.
- Collaborating with the sales team to meet recruitment targets and quotas.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or staffing agency environment.
- Proven track record of successfully filling positions on time.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
- Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent experience).
