Responsibilities
- Source Candidates: Utilize LinkedIn, Indeed, and job boards to identify and engage potential candidates.
- Screening: Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications and fit for open positions.
- Client Relations: Build rapport with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate face-to-face and virtual interviews.
- Onboarding Support: Assist in the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition.
- Reporting: Track recruitment metrics and update applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Market Research: Research industry trends to stay competitive in the Dallas job market.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Attitude: A positive, "can-do" attitude and a strong desire to succeed in sales or recruiting.
- Technical: Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office Suite).
- Work Ethic: Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Adaptability: Willingness to learn new tools and processes quickly.
- Residency: Must be authorized to work in the United States.
