Responsibilities
- Conduct proactive market research and sourcing campaigns to identify qualified candidates through various channels.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM tools to track candidate pipelines effectively.
- Coordinate interviews, schedule meetings, and provide a world-class candidate experience.
- Contribute to the development of recruitment strategies and employer branding initiatives.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is a strong plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with diverse groups of people.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and enthusiasm for sales/recruiting.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with ATS software is preferred.
