Responsibilities
- Execute the full lifecycle of recruitment for technical roles, including Software Engineering, DevOps, and Data Science.
- Utilize advanced sourcing strategies (Boolean search, social networking, passive candidate outreach) to build robust talent pipelines.
- Conduct comprehensive phone screens and technical interviews to accurately assess candidate skills and cultural fit.
- Negotiate competitive offers and manage the onboarding process to ensure seamless placements.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and market trends.
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly placement targets to drive agency revenue.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in technical recruiting or a staffing agency environment.
- Proven track record of successfully placing candidates in software development and IT roles.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed).
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and technical concepts.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
