Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview high-quality candidates for technical roles (Software Engineering, IT, Data Science).
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting and sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and build effective job descriptions.
- Conduct market research to identify talent trends and stay competitive in the Sacramento tech market.
- Nurture relationships with clients to ensure long-term staffing solutions and high retention rates.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (2+ years) in recruitment or staffing, preferably within the technical sector.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and technical roles.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple requisitions in a high-performance environment.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for client meetings.
