As a Senior Technical Recruiter at our Sacramento hub, you will be the face of our brand, responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing highly skilled professionals in IT, Engineering, and Administrative roles. Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for technical positions, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and closing.
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques (Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow) to identify passive candidates.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for active and future client requisitions.
- Manage client relationships by understanding their hiring needs, providing market insights, and delivering top talent.
- Conduct technical and behavioral interviews to assess candidate fit and cultural alignment.
- Negotiate salary and contract terms to ensure successful placements.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed placement targets and revenue goals.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in technical recruiting or staffing agency environment.
- Proven track record of successfully filling hard-to-fill technical roles (IT, Engineering, Finance, etc.).
- Expert proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting tools (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday).
- Strong knowledge of the Sacramento job market and technical talent landscape.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a high volume of candidates and open positions simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
