Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from identifying talent and conducting interviews to extending offers and onboarding new hires.
- Sourcing Strategy: Utilize advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and networking, to build a robust pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand their technical needs and culture fit requirements.
- Market Intelligence: Conduct market research to stay abreast of industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activities in the Phoenix tech sector.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews, provide feedback to candidates, and ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the process.
- Onboarding Support: Partner with HR to ensure a smooth transition for new employees, fostering long-term retention.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in technical recruiting, staffing, or human resources, with a proven track record of successful placements.
- Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle and the ability to assess technical skills (e.g., Java, Python, AWS, JavaScript).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
- Tools: Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday, and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Location: Must be willing to work on-site in Phoenix, AZ.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
