Responsibilities
- Source and screen high-quality candidates for various staffing roles.
- Conduct comprehensive phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate fit.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with client companies and candidates.
- Coordinate onboarding paperwork and orientation sessions for new hires.
- Monitor market trends to recommend competitive salary benchmarks.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and applicants.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources preferred.
- Proven experience in sales, recruitment, or customer service is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Reliable transportation is mandatory.
- Must be willing to work in the Houston, Texas area.
