Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview technical candidates (Software Engineering, IT Support, Cybersecurity) using various channels.
- Manage the full lifecycle of recruitment, from requisition to offer and onboarding.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and clients to understand their staffing needs.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) effectively to track candidate progress and pipeline metrics.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on salary trends and candidate availability in the Colorado Springs market.
- Contribute to team growth by exceeding monthly placement targets.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in technical recruiting or staffing agency environment.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and IT skill sets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
