Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for technical positions including Software Engineering, Data Science, and Cybersecurity.
- Utilize advanced Boolean search strategies and social media platforms to identify and engage passive candidates.
- Screen, interview, and present qualified candidates to hiring managers.
- Manage a robust pipeline of talent and maintain accurate CRM records.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and candidates.
- Negotiate offers and close placements efficiently.
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and market trends.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in technical recruiting or staffing agency environments.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding monthly and annual placement quotas.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and technical roles.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
