Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for technical positions, including Software Engineering, IT, and Data Science roles.
- Utilize advanced sourcing strategies, including Boolean search and social networking (LinkedIn), to build a robust talent pipeline.
- Screen, interview, and present qualified candidates to hiring managers, ensuring a perfect cultural and technical fit.
- Negotiate offers and close candidates in a competitive market.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and candidates within the Omaha business community.
- Provide market feedback and insights to clients regarding salary benchmarks and candidate availability.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting or staffing agency operations.
- Proven track record of filling high-volume roles within strict deadlines.
- Strong knowledge of the Omaha, Nebraska, and surrounding areas' employment landscape.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Self-motivated with a high sense of urgency and a drive to exceed sales targets.
