Responsibilities
- Execute the full lifecycle of recruitment for technical roles (Software Engineers, Data Scientists, DevOps, etc.) from sourcing to closing.
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and social media outreach, to identify passive candidates.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates to meet client demand.
- Conduct comprehensive phone screens and technical interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit.
- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with hiring managers and clients to understand their evolving talent needs.
- Manage the candidate onboarding process and ensure a seamless experience.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in Technical Recruitment or Staffing.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and placement quotas.
- Strong proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed and close deals.
- Valid Driverβs License and reliable transportation.
