Responsibilities
- Source and identify qualified candidates through various channels (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, networking events, and referrals).
- Screen resumes and conduct technical phone interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Build and manage a robust pipeline of active and passive candidates for open requisitions.
- Manage the full lifecycle of recruitment, from requisition intake to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand complex technical requirements and job specifications.
- Track key performance metrics (KPIs) such as time-to-fill and quality-of-hire.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in technical recruitment or staffing within the IT sector.
- Proven track record of filling hard-to-fill roles and meeting aggressive quotas.
- Strong knowledge of the Seattle tech market and software development lifecycle.
- Proficient in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and advanced LinkedIn Recruiter skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related field preferred.
