Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates for technical positions using various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, networking).
- Manage the full lifecycle of recruitment, from requisition to offer acceptance.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of passive candidates in the Detroit metro area.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and market positioning.
- Negotiate offers and coordinate onboarding processes.
- Track recruitment metrics and optimize sourcing strategies to meet aggressive hiring goals.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in technical recruiting or staffing agency environment (Immediate hire experience is a plus).
- Proven ability to source passive candidates and close hard-to-fill roles.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Monster).
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.
- Reliable transportation to meet candidates and clients within the Detroit area.
