Responsibilities
- Sourcing & Sourcing Strategy: Utilize advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean search, social media (LinkedIn Recruiter), and networking, to identify qualified candidates for hard-to-fill technical roles.
- Talent Pipelining: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of active and passive candidates to ensure immediate fill rates for client orders.
- Screening & Interviewing: Conduct thorough phone screens and technical interviews to assess candidate skills, cultural fit, and salary expectations.
- Client Consultation: Partner with hiring managers to understand their technical requirements, define job specifications, and manage expectations throughout the hiring process.
- Offer Negotiation: Manage the offer process, negotiate compensation packages, and ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
- Market Analysis: Stay current with market trends, salary benchmarks, and technology advancements to provide expert advice to clients and candidates.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in technical recruiting, staffing, or human resources.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of IT, Engineering, or Software Development roles (e.g., Java, Python, AWS, DevOps).
- Sourcing Skills: Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and advanced search tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Organization: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple open positions and deadlines simultaneously.
- Goal-Oriented: Proven track record of meeting and exceeding recruitment targets and placement metrics.
