Responsibilities
- Source and engage top-tier software engineers across Python, Java, and full-stack roles
- Manage full-cycle recruitment pipeline from sourcing to offer negotiation
- Develop strategic partnerships with Austin's leading tech companies
- Optimize recruitment processes using Lever and Greenhouse ATS platforms
- Lead technical interview panels and collaborate with hiring managers
- Analyze market trends to provide actionable hiring insights
- Mentor junior recruiters and drive team performance metrics
Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruiting experience in Austin's tech market
- Proven success placing engineers at startups and scale-ups
- Expertise in Boolean sourcing and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Strong technical understanding of software development lifecycle
- Exceptional stakeholder management and negotiation skills
- Metrics-driven approach with data-driven decision making
- SHRM-SPHR or CTS certification preferred
