What You'll Do:

Responsibilities

  • Source and screen candidates using LinkedIn, Boolean search, and job boards to fill open requisitions.
  • Conduct comprehensive phone screens and technical interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, from identifying talent to negotiating offers and onboarding.

Qualifications
