What You'll Do:
Responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates using LinkedIn, Boolean search, and job boards to fill open requisitions.
- Conduct comprehensive phone screens and technical interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from identifying talent to negotiating offers and onboarding.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of passive candidates within the IT sector.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and job specifications.
- Negotiate salary and contract terms with candidates to ensure successful placements.
- Track key metrics including time-to-fill and quality of hire to optimize recruiting strategies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in technical recruiting or staffing.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding placement targets in a high-volume agency environment.
- Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and technical roles (Java, Python, .NET, etc.).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a high level of professionalism.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong negotiation skills and a consultative sales approach to candidate placement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
