Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment processes for a diverse portfolio of clients and candidates.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and key decision-makers.
- Source passive candidates through various channels, including social media and networking events.
- Conduct comprehensive phone and in-person interviews to assess cultural fit and technical skills.
- Negotiate offers and manage the onboarding process for new hires.
- Develop and execute strategies to meet aggressive monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or sales within the tech or professional services sectors.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with a "hunter" mentality.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on relationship building.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding KPIs.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the Seattle metro area.
