Responsibilities
- Spearhead full-cycle recruitment for niche technical roles across DC's thriving tech corridor
- Leverage Boolean sourcing and LinkedIn Recruiter to identify passive candidates in cybersecurity and DevOps
- Execute targeted outreach strategies with personalized messaging to top-tier engineering talent
- Conduct technical evaluations and coordinate stakeholder interviews with hiring managers
- Manage candidate pipelines using Greenhouse and maintain 95% placement satisfaction metrics
- Collaborate with business development to expand client partnerships in Northern Virginia
- Maintain compliance with EEOC regulations and industry best practices
Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruiting experience with proven track record in IT staffing
- Expertise in sourcing cybersecurity professionals (CISSP, CISM, Cloud Security)
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Lever) and CRM platforms
